Chamka Recipe from Quiona

Preparation Time

Ingredients

2 Cup Quinoa
3 Tbsp.  Yougurt
3 Tbsp. Cabbage (Grated)
2 Tbsp. Onion (Cut in small pieces)
2 Tbsp. Green Pepper / Capcicum (Cut in small pieces)
2 Tbsp. Chick Peas flour ( Chana flour)
2 Tbsp. Cream of Rice ( Rava )
1 Green Chilli
Oil as needed
Tumric powder to taste
Red Chilli Powder to taste
Salt to taste
Asafoetida powder ( Hing ) to taste

Directions


- Cook Quiona like rice util it become soft.
- Quiona should be cook properly so it can mix properly.
- Add Grated Cabbage, Onion, Green Pepper, Chick Peas flour ( Chana flour) and Cream of Rice     ( Rava )
- For spices add cut Green Chilli, Salt, Tumric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Asafoetida powder
- Now add Yougurt.
- Mix everything well using your hand.

- Now heat the pan on medium heat, put some oil and spread the mixture.
- Cook it till color is change.
- Flip the Chamka on other side using spatula.
- Make it crispy.
- You can serve with Green Chutney or Ketchup.
