Avocado / Guacamole Paratha Recipe


Avocado give you good source of Omega - 3 and fat which is good for kids. It also reduce cholesterol and blood pressure and moisturize your skin. Avocado pulp also called Guacamole Paratha is the prefect recipe for kids.




Prepration Time

Quantity

3 Parathas

Ingredients

Avocado - ½ Piece
Wheat Flour  - ⅓ Cup
Red Chili Powder - ½ Tsp.
Turmeric Powder - ½ Tsp.
Sesame Seeds - 1 Tsp.
Jira - ½ Tsp.
Lemon Juice - ½ Tsp.
Salt - as needed

Directions

Take out  Avocado Pulp.
Mash Avocado Pulp from the spoon.
Add all above ingredients and mix properly.
Make a dough from it.
If you need you can use only 1 Tbsp. of water to make dough.
Make a ball from dough of equal size
Dip in dry flour and roll it.
Hit tava for 3-4 minutes and place paratha on it.
Once you get bubble flip it and cook.
Spread the oil and again flip it and press.
Soft Avocado Paratha is ready to eat.
You can serve with Curd or Yougurt
