Mushroom Matar Subzi - Easy Recipe

Mushroom is contain many health benefits, low in calories, improve immune system and Vitamin D Level.
Mushroom Matar Subzi is very quick recipe. Ideal for busy women.

Ingredients

Mushroom - 16 oz. / 22 pieces
Tomato - Chopped - 1 Cup
Peas - Choped - 1 Cup
Green Chili - 1 Small
Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp.
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp.
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp.
Oil - 1 Tbsp.
Jira (Cumin Seeds ) - 1 Tsp.
Hing - pinch
Salt - as needed

Directions

Cut the Mushroom and Tomato

Hit the pan add Oil in it.

Once Oil hit add Jira and let it pop.

Add hing and Tomato.

Add Salt in it and let cook Tomato until it soft.

Add Red Chili Powder, Corriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and 2 Tbsp. water in it and mix it well.

Add Mushroom and Green Peas mix well and cover it.

Cook for 15 minutes , stir in between to prevent sticking.

Add Lemon Juice at end.

Serve hot.
