Dudhi na Thepla / Lauki (Bottle Gourd) ka Paratha

Lauki also called Kaddu, Bottle Ground or Squash. It is easy to digest and contain lots of water part and fiber.






Prepration Time

Quantity

8 Parathas

Ingredients

Dudhi / Lauki - 1½ Cup
Wheat Flour - 1½ Cup
Red Chili Powder - 1½ Tsp.
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp.
Sesame Seeds - 1½ Tsp.
Cut Green Chilis - 1 Tsp. (Optional)
Grated Garlic - 1 Tsp.
Oil for rosting
Salt as needed

Directions

Grate Lauki and add

Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder,Sesame Seeds,Cut Green Chilis  (Optional), Grated Garlic

Mix Properly.

Add Wheat Flour in it and make a dough.

Make a equal part of ball.

Roll it and cook it on Tawa till turn brown.

You can eat this paratha with Curd or Pickle.
