Ingredients
Bread - 6 PCs
Red Chili Powder - ¼ Tsp.
Garam Masala - ¼ Tsp.
Jira Powder - ¼ Tsp.
Chopped Onion - 2 Tbsp.
Salt - as needed
Directions
Take the 6 Breads
Cut the Corner of the Bread
Cut all the side
Put the Bread in Water and take out immediately
Squeeze the Bread and remove all water. Do this with 4 breads.
Put the Bread in container. Add 2 dry Bread and mix properly.
Add Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Jira Powder, Onion in it.
Mix everything and make like dough.
Make ball and give shape of circle.
Now hit the Pan add little oil on it.
Put all Patty or Tikki on Pan and Shallow Fry.
Once its Golden Flip it.
Cook both side till it turn Brown.
Serve with Green Coriander Chutney and Tamarind Chutney.
