Moong Dal and Palak is very healthy recipe. Its mixture of good protein and iron. You can serve with Paratha or Chpati and Pickle.

Moong Dal - 1 Cup
Chopped Spinach - 3 Cup
Cut Onion Tomato - ½ Cup
Red Chili Powder - 3 Tsp.
Turmeric Powder - 3 Tsp.
Coriander Powder - ½ Tbsp
Garlic (grated) - 1 Tsp.
Ginger (grated)- 1 Tsp.
Lemon Juice - 2-3 Tsp.
Green Chili - 1 medium size
Garam Masala - optional
Oil - 1-2 Tbsp.
Jira - 1 Tsp.
Hing - pinch
Directions
Wash Moong Dal. Cook in a pressure cooker with adding 1½ Cup Water. Let it cool for few minutes.
In between cut Spinach, Onion and Tomato.
Hit the pan and add oil in it. Add Jira, hing and Cut Green Chili in it.
After that add cut Tomato and cut Onion in it. Stir for few minutes.
Add cook Moong Dal in it. Add enough water and stir it.
Add Spinach and mix properly.
Add all masala Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala (Optional), Lemon Juice in it and cook. Stir in between to prevent sticking.
Add grated Ginger and Garlic in it. Cook it again on medium hit.
Tasty Moong Dal - Palak is ready to servte. Serve hot.
Note : If you add Garam Masala then use other masala in less quantity.
