Dry Panner Capsicum Onion Subji

This Dry Panner Capsicum Onion Subji is very quick and easy to make. It taste delicious. Serve with Paratha.

Ingredients

Green Capsicum - 1 Cup
Red Capsicum -  1 Cup
Onion - 1 Cup
Panner - 1½ Cup
Red Chili Powder - ½ Tsp.
Turmeric Powder - ½ Tsp.
Coriander Powder - ½ Tsp.
Kitchen King Masala - 1½ Tbsp.
Kasoori Methi - 1 Tbsp.
Jira - 1 Tsp.
Hing - pinch
Salt as needed



Directions

Cut Panner in small cube and on pan put little oil and fry it till it become brown.

Cut Capcicum and Onion in medium pieces.

Put little oil in a pan and heat it. Add Jira and hing in it.

Now add all the vegetables in it, mix it properly.

Add all masala including Kitchen King masala in it.

Cover it and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Stir in between.

Rub Kasoori Methi on hand and add it at last and mix it.

Your dry Panner Capcicum Onion Subji is reday.
