Corn Poha - Quick Recipe

Corn Poha Upma is very quick to make and ready in 10 minutes for Breakfast. When nothing in mind for breakfast cook this health Corn Poha.

2-3 people

Ingredient

Corn 1/2 Cup
Tomato, Capcicum, Onion Cut - ½ Cup
Cashew and Raisin - ½ Cup
Poha - 1 Cup
Oil - 1 Tbsp.
Raai - 1 Tsp.
Jira - 1 Tsp.
Hing - pinch
Red Chili powder - 1 Tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp.
Lemon Juice - 2 Tsp.
Sugar as needed
Salt as needed



Directions

Wash Poha properly and keep it aside.

In a pan heat oil and add Raai, Jira and hing.

Add Cut vegetables and Corn in pan. Add Salt  and mix properly. Cover it for 5 minutes.

Add Red Chili powder and Turmeric powder in it.

Now add wash Poha in it. Mix it again

Last add Sugar and Lemon Juice.

Garnish with Coriander and Thin Sev.
