Instant Rava Uttapam Recipe - Tomato and Peas


Tomato and Peas Rava Uttapam is very quick to make and can be serve with chutney and sambhar. I will give you Recipe with very few items you can make this Uttapam.

3-4 People

( Around 10 Medium Size Uttapam )


Ingredient

Rava / Suji - 2 Cup
Curd - 1 Cup
Water 3 Cup
Tomato - 1 Medium Size
Peas - 1 Cup
Cilantro Cut - ½ Cup
Green Chili - 1 Medium size
Salt as needed


Directions

Add Curd and Water in a one container and mix it properly from hand blender.

Now add Curd and Water mixture in Rava / Suji slowly and mix it properly and make Batter.


Add salt and keep aside for 2 hours.

Chopped Tomato, Peas, Green Chili and Cilantro semi  in food processor.

Add it in Batter and mix thoroughly.

Heat Pan on medium flame.  Put little oil or use fat free non stick oil on it.

Spread Batter cover it and cook for few minutes until color change.

Now spread oil and flip it and cook.

You can serve uttapam with Chutney or Sambhar.
