Ingredients
Making Beans
Dry Pinto Beans - 1/2 Cup or Cook Beans - 2 Cup
Cut Onion and Tomato - 1 Cup
Ajwain (Ajmo) - ¼ Tsp.
Red Chili Powder - ½ Tsp.
Taco Seasoning Mix - 1 ½ Tbsp.
Oil - 1 Tbsp.
Salt as needed
Making Pizza
Tortilla
Salsa
Cut Onion, Capsicum, Tomato - 2 Cup
Shredded Cheese - 1 Cup
Directions
Pre Preparation
Soak Pinto Beans for 6-8 hours.
Remove water and cook in pressure cooker by adding enough new water.
Preparing Beans
Add cook Beans in a container and mash it with enough water.
Add 1 Tbsp. of oil in a pan.
Add Ajwain in it .
Add cut Onion and Tomato it and cook till it soft properly.
Add Cook Beans in it
Add all spices Red Chili Powder,Taco Seasoning Mix and Salt in it.
Stir in between to prevent sticking
Making Pizza
Hit a pan and put the Tortilla on it by spreading little oil.
Cook on low flame until it crispy.
Flip it on other side.
Spread Salsa on it.
Spread cut Onion, Tomato and Capsicum on it.
Spread Cheese on it.
Cook and make it crispy.
Cut is on a 4 parts.
