Ingredients
Cook Rice - 4 Cup
Red Chili Powder - ½ Tbsp.
Turmeric Powder - ½ Tbsp.
Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp.
Sugar - 3 Tbsp.
Ginger - 1 Tsp.
Garlic - 1 Tsp.
Oil - ½ Tbsp.
Curd / Yogurt - ½ Cup
Handva / Dhokla Flour - ¾ Cup
Vaghar / Tadka
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp.
Sesame Seeds - 1 Tsp.
Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp.
Hing - Pinch
Directions
For Making Steam Muthiya
Add all masala in Rice and mix it well.
Add Curd and mix it.
Add Handvo / Dhokla Flour in it and mix properly.
Now start shaping Muthiya in your palm. (See Picture )
In container add water and hit it to make a steam.
Place Muthia in a plate ( Size of Plate should be place in Container)
Put plate in container.
Cover it.
Let it steam for around 15 minutes.
After that open cover and let it cool Muthiya for few minutes.
Now cut it.
For Vaghar / Tadka
Hit Pan add oil. Add Mustard Seeds and let it pop.
