Raw Mango Juice ( Kachi Keri no Baflo )

Drinking Raw Mango juice helps in preventing from extreme loss of sodium chloride. Raw Mango help to prevent excessive loss of water during summer. Raw Mango Juice also called Kachi Keri no Baflo can be drink as alone or with the Khichd and it taste delicious.





Prepration Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 20 Minutes

Ingredents:
 
Raw Mango ( Kachi Keri) - 1 Small to Medium Size
Salt - as needed
Jaggery - as needed
For Vaghar / Tadka
Ghee / Unsalted Butter - 2 Tsp.
Jira / Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp.
 
Directions
 
Wash Raw Mango

Cook it in a Pressure Cooker without removing skin
.
Take out pulp from Raw Mango

Add 3 Cup of Water or as per your need and

Use hand mixture and mix it.

Now hit Ghee and add Jira and Red Chili Powder

Add in Raw Mango water and mix it well

Serve Cool.

You can use with Khichdi
