Besan Pudla / Chilla Recipe

Like to have some health Breakfast or Brunch but no time then make. Try Besan Pudla or Chilla form Chickpea Flour.

Quantity

7 Pudla

Ingredients

Chickpea Flour ( Besan / Gram Flour ) - 1 Cup
Wheat Flour - ¼ Cup
Sesame Seeds - 2 Tsp.
Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp.
Turmeric Powder - 1½ Tsp.
Green Chili cut - 1 medium sizet
Chopped Onion, Tomato, Green Pepper - ½ Cup
Chopped Cilantro - ½ Cup
Salt - as needed

Directions


Put Besan Flour and Wheat Flour in container.

Add enough water and make a batter. Mix properly. You can use hand mixture.


Add all above ingredients and again mix it properly.

Hit Pan leave it for 5 minutes.

Spread little oil on it and spread batter so you can make pudla around size of 5" Diameter.

Cook it for few minutes until color change and get bubble.

Now flip it other side by spreading little oil, cook few minutes.

Serve Pudla hot with Green Chutney and  Ketchup
