Take the non stick pan and hit it on medium flame.
Add Full Fat Milk in it.
Stir continuously to prevent burning.
Quick Recipe
Take 1 Cup milk powder
Add 2 Tbsp. of Water and mix together.
Microwave it for 2 mins or till it becomes Grainy.
