Pani Puri Homemade Recipe

Pani Puri is a mouthwatering. And its easy to make it. Most of us not making Puri from scratch so its not time consuming and ready for the dinner in hour.





Ingredients

For Puri (Around 40):

Sooji  1/2 cup
Salt  1/4 tsp
Baking Powder  1/8 tsp
Warm Water  1/4 cup
Maida 1 Tbsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Oil for frying

For Spicy Water

Coriander Leaves (Dhana)
Mint Leaves

Black Salt (Sanchal)
Green Chillies
Cumin powder (Jiru Powder)

Salt

For Fillings

Potato
Green Moong
Salt
Red Chili Powder
Black Salt (Sanchal)
Pani Puri Masala
Coriander (Dhana)


Directions:

For Puri:
Make a Pani puri's dough from all above Puri's ingredients.
Keep it for 20 minutes,
Now take a small piece of dough and roll it. Or you can use Roti maker.
Fry immediately.

For Spicy Water:
Wash coriander and mint leaves and cut it.
Grind all above Spicy Water ingredients in a grinder with enough water.
Now Strain the water.
For best result refrigerate water for few hours.
You can also add Pani puri masala for the taste.
You can add boondi for decoration.

For Filling:
Soak Moong and Chan for 4 hours.
Now boil potato, Moong and Kala Chana in pressure cooker
Its ok if you want use only one Moong or Kala Chana.
Now mix Peeled potato, cooked Moong and Kala Chana.
Add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Pani puri masala and Coriander (Dhana).
Mix it well.
You can serve with Sweet Chutney and Curd.
